R&R Landscaping was founded in 2003 as the area’s premier design/build landscape company. We serve residential and commercial customers throughout Auburn, Opelika, Lake Martin, and the surrounding area. Our mission is to create lasting impact — by building beautiful landscapes, meaningful careers, and strong communities with care, creativity, and joy.

Principal
Charlie joined the team in 2006 after graduating from Auburn University in 2005 with a B.S. in Horticulture. He is our numbers guy and our go-to on drainage, hardscapes, and practical problem-solving. Charlie keeps everyone laughing, as he is a firm believer in having fun with everything you do.
If Charlie is not on the job, you can find him fishing or backpacking with his family. But, mostly fishing.
Principal
Claire joined the team in 2008 after graduating from Auburn University with a B.S. in Horticulture with a focus on design. She is a sitting Board of Directors member for the National Association of Landscape Professionals. Excellent food, inspiring music, and great design drive Claire’s creativity. She is grateful to have the opportunity to work in a field that fuels her passions.
When Claire is not on the clock, she’s working to support the industry with NALP or spending time on the lake.
Landscape Architect
Kevin brought 15 years of design experience to R&R when he joined the team in July 2022. He earned his degree in Landscape Architecture from Auburn University and has called Auburn home since 1991. Kevin is a strategic and creative thinker who “brings the green” Clifton Strengths to the R&R team.
Kevin enjoys talking about the good old days of fishing and playing golf.
Sales Manager
Jake joined R&R in August 2022 after running his own maintenance company for 4 years. His top Clifton Strength is Futuristic thinking, which he uses to inspire and energize our team. When he’s not meeting with clients or estimating jobs, he’s probably playing music with his band, Blackberry Breeze!
Jake lives in Opelika with his lovely wife and son.
Production Manager
Bo is the most loyal employee R&R has ever known! He began spending his summers in the sun with us at age 14 and steadily climbed the ranks from Crew Member to Crew Leader. Bo graduated from Troy University in 2019 with a business degree. He was promoted to Production Manager in October 2020 and holds ICPI paver certification.
Bo and his wife, Mikaela, live in Auburn with his best friend, Patches.
Office Manager
Jan joined the R&R team in April 2022 to look after the administrative side of things. She’s the sweet voice on the other end of the phone when you call our office line. She may not be a landscaper, but she hasn’t killed any of the office plants yet!
Jan transplanted from Birmingham to Auburn and enjoys spending time with her family.
